Trilogy_the question of body language and the art of A. Mendieta, C. Cahun, S.Moon
Matrice, or at the source of ourselves. Body as Mater, a generative and transformative condition. A place crossed and crossable, its natures infinite, its seals indecipherable. I tactfully look for the way back to the source, in the vision of an original and salvific body, full and hollow, in the utopia of a quite slow and propitious earth. In the performance I look for an existential strategy, for the rituality of a journey that can reconnect me to an innate, perceptive knowledge, to the triggering of primary forces, and to their vital impulses. Corporeality takes roots. It is something that baptises, that traps, that sets free. I yearn for the consistency of its language.
