We proceed towards staging through a selection of some of the choreographic materials from FALLEN ANGELS. Sampling, a term borrowed from the language of music, is shifted to stage practice, to rhythmic-choreographic composition, through the reuse and recontextualisation of portions of pre-existing realities observed in the musical panorama of reference (Trap music and its offshoots), in the web, and in literature. The notion of an โextendedโ fall thus becomes the means to write and read a time that we perceive about to collapse, in a hallucinated surrender.
