ALREADY GONE

The Masmas bring a live performance preview of their ep Already gone, due out in January 2024. It is a sonic journey into a dystopian timbral world, where voices inspired by 1950s American crooners, altered drum machine sound clouds, ghostly timbres and Cramps-esque guitars merge. Using the song form as an underlying boundary to be crossed and to which to constantly return, in Already Gone elements of a hybrid and immersive, cross-genre narrative are broken down and reassembled, made up of actions and sound suggestions, which relate worlds that are only apparently irreconcilable.
